A thermosensitive  silicon element is a p+-n-n+ planar diode. The dimensions of sensitive elements are 0.3 mm wide × 0.3 mm long × 0.2 mm  high. The sensitive elements are placed into hermetic packages whose sizes are 1.2 mm diameter, 1.0 mm long.
